A sporty online seller manufacturing a quality UK product from stainless steel that allows the display of medals won from sports and events.

THE TASK

A refresh for an existing customer running a busy ecommerce store, the original site was designed 4-years ago and needed a clean modern look and feel to increase functionality.

THE PROCESS

When the seller originally started out online there were limited online market places available. There has been a big growth in these market places, like Not on the High Street and Etsy etc.

The big step for the customer was venturing into Amazon with Amazon fulfilment. Since starting the integration the customer has seen an equivalent volume of sales from Amazon as their website produces.

This meant that the focus should be on making the website more attractive to Google. This meant the website had to be quick and search friendly and provide critical calls to action.

Be attractive to search engines

Mobile friendly

Display the information quickly and clutter free

Have a fast framework

Site security

Perform well at busy periods

Link into a re-marketing process

THE RESULT

The theme

Speed on GTMetrix 96%

WordPress CMS

WooCommerce eCommerce

Custom Theme – Unique Look & Feel

Easy to update

Clean website, user friendly

Remarketing Linked to Mailchimp

The end result was a unique looking website that is responsive and looks amazing regardless of the device it’s being viewed from.

Keeping a website up-to-date and secure is vital for any business. I highly recommend James to anyone who needs qualified and trustworthy support, and to take over the hassle of dealing with the technical elements of running a successful website.

The customer is already an established print and marketing company in Bournemouth and has set up a specific division that deals solely with the education sector across the UK.

THE TASK

To design and build a responsive website to directly target schools, academies and universities. The website had to be clear to navigate and feel familiar to use whilst being attractive to search engines.

THE PROCESS

I researched the target market to get a feel of the competition and found a unique proposition in the clients market. The company had already established itself as a leader in print and have everything they needed in place to produce graphics and imagery required to make the website look great.

WordPress was chosen as the platform, this will allow the natural progression of the website into ecommerce.

Be attractive to the target market

The website needed to be quick to navigate

Display the information quickly and clutter free

Work on mobile and tablet devices

Secure and GDPR Compliant

Allow for future expansion

Attractive to search engines (SEO)

THE RESULT

The customer has complete flexibility with the new product catalogue, they can add any number of products and categories as required. The products can be displayed in any order they wish, placing the best selling products first, by simply dragging and dropping the order.

I wanted to keep the information interactive for each product so I programmed the site with an image slideshow. The website can display multiple images of their quality products.

The end result was a unique looking website that is responsive and looks amazing regardless of the device it’s being viewed from.

Not every online selling website needs to be eCommerce. UK Quads provide a leading range of ATV’s to a wide audience, from commercial vehicles through to kids quads.

THE TASK

To create a dynamic mobile ready website to display all terrain vehicles, mainly quads and motorbikes. The target market was wide, the website covered customers from Farming, recreational users to childrens models.

THE PROCESS

I mapped out the sales process. The customer didn’t want to sell products online, just display and update their product catalogue.

WordPress was chosen as the CMS of choice, being open sourced and very easy for clients to update themselves.

The website needed to be quick to navigate

Display the information quickly and clutter free

Work on mobile and tablet devices

Easy for the customer to update

Allow for futire expansion

Search engine friendly

Maximise the use of space

THE RESULT

The customer has complete flexibility with the product catalogue, they can add any number of products and categories as required. The products can be displayed in any order they wish, placing the best selling products first, by simply dragging and dropping.

I wanted to keep the information interactive for each product so we programmed the site with an image slideshow. The website can display multiple images of their quality products.

Kingsbury Kitchens is a start up business in Ringwood. As the business was just getting started, there was no existing brand or design.

THE TASK

To create a logo (brand design), website, flyers, business cards, signage (indoors & outside), advertising, headed paper, comp slips, workwear, Facebook page and SEO.

THE PROCESS

A premium quality product and service that needed to look like just that, I came up with a logo that included crown and chose a colour palette that was fitting for their market.

Brand design

Website catalogue to showcase the types of kitchens and bathrooms available

Promote their message of quality with their 15 year after sales service

Kit out the showroom with signage inside and out

Business stationery to display a consistent brand message

Advert deisgn for local newspaper promoting launch

THE RESULT

I used WordPress and created them a unique look that was visually led. As this type of purchase isn’t an instant decision, the website needed to be really clean looking and visually led. The website had to build trust and encourage the user to make contact or visit the showroom.

Once the website was completed, the showroom was almost finished, the next task was to create internal and external signage that captured passing trade and advertised exactly what they did and how they did it.

Stage 3 was to prepare magazine advertising for a company launch party.

There were 16 artwork panels in and around the building, including outside hoarding, window vinyl graphics, a-board pavement sign, foamex boards, PVC banners and customer & staff parking signs.

Brand design (logo)

Website presence

Signage (internal & external)

Marketing strategy

This project is ongoing, I work closely on the SEO optimisation of the website and working closely with the customer to ensure their start up is a success.

Atomic Customer Kingsbury Kitchens Ringwood

Not knowing which way to turn was a problem, we knew what we needed but didn't know how to get there. My business partner and I met up with James in a coffee shop in Ringwood and we instantly knew we were in safe hands. Everything came out superbly, thanks James.
